Roof Cleaning Warranty

Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection offers a 1 year workmanship warranty on roof cleaning. If for any reason, the algae returns on your roof, after we clean your roof, we will come back and clean the any areas where the algae may re occur at no charge. It is unlikely that the algae will re occur within one year but if it does we will remove the algae at no cost to you.

Use of the zinc strips is recommended to help deter the reoccurance of the black / green algae's. The zinc strips are not necessarily guaranteed to keep the algae from coming back on your roof but will help in prevention of any algae reappearing on your roof.
